How to file a warranty claim In order to file a claim and receive a prompt response, please provide us with the following information :
a copy of the receipt from the store where you purchased it or order number if you got it online, and a photo of the damage if applicable.
Missing or broken parts
We make every effort to ensure that we ship our products in perfect condition. In the event that you receive your trampoline with any of the parts missing, broken or bent, or if there are holes in the net or mat, please contact customer service for immediate replacement at no cost to the customer.
